- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 03, 2019, by Eric MIncompetent is the best word to describe this store. Spent 35+ minutes waiting to get a phone number switched to an upgrade. Overall, ive spent over an hour on this store trying to get an upgraded phone, but instead went to the Mall Of America store. Frustrating that i need to rearrange my day to just get an upgraded phone. I am a long-time Sprint user and havent had many complaints. Will not be coming back again!
