  Must be only haters who write reviews on Google. I've been a regular customer of Falls Creek/Francis Pest Control for at least seven years now and have almost always been most happy. There was one technician I thought did a poor job, and after reporting him to the owner, Sean Francis, I never saw him again. The one assigned to my quarterly visits now, Chris, is fantastic. I have a 1905 house in the city that's a target for all kinds of pests. They mainly take care of mice, but have also helped me with squirrels and bats in the attic, ants in the kitchen. and spiders in the basement. I love Francis Pest Control and would recommend it to anyone.
